Your Retirement Lifestyle in Durham
You’ll wish you moved here sooner.
Of course, it’s nice to have someone else mow the lawn and do the housekeeping for a change. And it’s great to have a salon and spa, postal service, scheduled transportation, and multiple dining venues available on campus. But what really makes Croasdaile residents happy is the beautiful setting, friendly neighbors and staff, and endless opportunities to stay healthy and engaged.
Space to roam.
Croasdaile Village is part of the planned residential community of Croasdaile Farm. Comprising over 100 acres, residents can explore more than 15 miles of paved trails that lead past lakes, woodlands, meadows and wildflowers. Ducks and herons make themselves at home here. And it’s not uncommon to see deer grazing when you’re out for a morning walk with your four-legged friend.
Room to grow.
As you’ll discover, there’s no shortage of things to do at Croasdaile Village. Whether you’re getting into the swim in an aquarobics class, finding your groove in a line dancing class, attending a live musical performance in the auditorium, or cheering on your team in the pub on game day, opportunities abound. From bridge and bocce to painting and woodworking to volunteering and lifelong learning, there’s something for everyone. And if there’s something you want to do that we don’t offer, just ask and we’ll do our best to make it happen. There’s nothing we like better than to make your day.
