The Pavilion Health Center at Croasdaile Village provides expert nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs. To ensure we’re following the best practices, we work closely with Duke Health and a medical director to deliver the best possible care. The quality of our care is reflected in our 5-Star rating, the very best, from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Suites are located within four neighborhoods, each with a shared living room-style area and a designated team of nursing staff. A light and airy dining room serves up to three delicious meals a day. Room service is also available.

What is skilled nursing?
Skilled nursing is for seniors who need more care than assisted living provides but don’t need to be hospitalized. They may be recently discharged from the hospital and need post-acute care and rehabilitation therapy to regain strength and function. Or they may need long-term care for a chronic condition. At Croasdaile Village, we provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care on-site at our health center.
Is skilled nursing at Croasdaile Medicare-certified?
Yes. We’ll work with you to optimize individual Medicare and long-term care insurance coverage.
Do you accept direct admissions?
